Poverty-Child Issues
Six year old Phuong suffers from cerebral palsy. Through this Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) program funded by World Vision steady progress has been made through daily exercises done at home and at special clinics such as this one.

Three year old Lin suffers from cerebral palsy but with daily exercise which is done at home she has gained enough strength in her legs that she can nearly walk on her own.
Prior to receiving this type of therapy she could barely stand even with assistance.
Dr. Binh, a therapist from the Orthopedic Hospital in Saigon has trained Lin's mother how to care for her daughter. There is hope that one day she will be able to walk on her own.
